Dr Andreas Nikolis is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at both McGill University and the Université de Montréal. He is an active member of numerous prestigious national and international societies. Dr Nikolis serves as the National Medical Director for Victoria Park Medispas in Canada, a company he co-founded in 2008 with two business partners. Victoria Park Medispas was established as a physician-led, state-of-the-art medical aesthetics platform based in Montreal, Quebec.

Driven by a shared vision, Dr Nikolis and his partners expanded the business from its Montreal roots to the rest of the province and consequently to locations across Canada. In 2022, Victoria Park Medispa entered a strategic partnership with Peloton Capital Management, a private equity group specializing in the healthcare sector. By the time of the partnership, the company had grown to 19 locations. Victoria Park continues to lead in the field of non-invasive aesthetic treatments, offering cutting-edge injectables and energy-based devices. The company's mission remains to be an innovator and leader in safe, effective, and proven medical aesthetics solutions. By early 2025, Victoria Park will have expanded to 24 locations, with several acquisitions scheduled for the year ahead.

In addition to his business ventures, Dr Nikolis is deeply dedicated to the art and science of aesthetics. A prolific author with over 100 publications, he is recognized as a global thought leader in the field, having delivered more than 300 presentations worldwide. He is the lead investigator for numerous clinical trials in North America and Europe and holds several patents for innovative aesthetic technologies. Dr Nikolis also founded Erevna Innovations in 1998 while a surgical resident. Over the last decade, he has transformed Erevna into a prominent research organization, currently conducting 10-15 clinical trials annually, with a strong track record of publications.

An internationally renowned speaker, Dr Nikolis is passionate about educating aesthetic healthcare practitioners worldwide. He focuses on advancing knowledge in areas such as the evolution of aesthetics in aging patients, mastering the aesthetic portfolio, understanding the anatomy of aging through cadaveric dissection labs, avoiding complications, and exceeding patient expectations in aesthetics.
